Training Helps Those Who Seek It

“To Take Online Training?” In our previous article, we tried to talk about education as best we could.

Training cannot be given to someone who doesn’t want it. When it’s given to someone who truly wants it, it delivers results. Trying to train someone who isn’t focused on learning deeply or correctly is incredibly difficult!

Imagine a trainer hearing, “Teacher, just help us pass the exam—we don’t need the details.” I was shocked the first time I heard this. My background in education, teaching, and pedagogy had shown me that examples and cause-effect relationships reinforce learning. What the other side considered “details” were actually case studies used to strengthen the explanation.

Similarly, in many of our published online trainings, some participants return with complaints like, “We enrolled but didn’t get a certificate.” When told, “You can’t receive a certificate without completing the training and passing the exams,” they request a refund. It’s good that this option exists.

Due to the pandemic, children, youth, and adults alike were all affected by the education process. Especially for children and youth, their fundamental right to education was often shaped more by the momentary decisions of policymakers than by teachers. For those who truly want to learn—children, youth, or adults—every place becomes a school. Even without formal instruction, every individual completes their own development.

With face-to-face interaction becoming impossible during the pandemic, touching hearts and minds was still achievable, even from a distance. We saw this clearly in “virtual” live training sessions. Although the process is more tiring for both sides, when the number of participants is low, the efficiency is clearly at its peak. What matters is opening the mind and focusing in that moment.

Of course, it’s harder to ensure focus among children and youth who want to do everything at once and whose minds are on play. This is where the educator’s communication skills make a difference. We saw and experienced this intensely in the past period. Some educators could keep their audience engaged without boring them, while others struggled so much with the screen that they couldn’t convey anything.

The disruption of online education for children and youth during quarantine may seem like a minor detail, but it’s actually quite meaningful.

Education is a necessity. It’s the most important factor in a society’s development and the formation of a sound culture. The quality of the educator determines the quality of the training provided. Private education institutions should present their services through the quality of their educators and programs.

Because—

Training Delivers Results Only When It’s Given to Those Who Truly Want It

With our best wishes that those who accompany you on your journey of growth and improvement are truly willing.

Wishing you healthy days,
