FSSC 22000 Food Safety Management Standard Version 6 for Organizations

FSSC (also known as FSSC 22000) is a complete food safety management system certification scheme based upon three existing certifications: ISO 22000, ISO 22002- 1 (a prerequisite food manufacturing standard), and ISO 22002-4 (a prerequisite packaging manufacturing standard). It was published in 2010 for ISO 22000 to be examined at IFS and BRC levels and accepted by GFSI. Lastly it was updated to the 6th version in 2023. As of 1 April 2024, Version 6 of the FSSC 22000 Scheme is mandatory for all organizations seeking FSSC 22000 certification.
